This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how iStudyhub Edutech & Co., operating under the brand name Study4Insurance (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the information of users (“User”, “you”, “your”) of study4insurance.com and related services, including our Telegram community, YouTube channel, and courses delivered through our online course-delivery partner, ClassPlus (operated by Bunch Microtechnologies Private Limited) (“Website”, “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, registering an account, or purchasing any course, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
This Policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and forms an electronic record that does not require any physical or digital signature.

- Employment/exam-related details (e.g., which exam you are preparing for), where voluntarily shared
1.2 Non-Personal Information, collected automatically:

- Approximate location
- Pages visited, time spent, and course progress/usage data
- Login and access logs (including device used to access course content)
1.3 Where you access our courses and mock tests through our course-delivery partner ClassPlus, additional information may be collected directly by ClassPlus in accordance with their own privacy policy, as described in Section 4 below.

When you access our courses through the ClassPlus platform/app, your registration and usage information (name, phone number, email, course activity, test attempts, etc.) is also collected and processed by ClassPlus in accordance with their own privacy policy. 4.2 Payment Gateways: Payment processing is handled by secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateway providers. We do not store your complete card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
4.3 Other Service Providers: We may share limited information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., SMS/email service providers, analytics tools, hosting providers), solely for the purposes described in this Policy.
4.4 Legal Requirements: We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or government/regulatory authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our Users.
4.5 We do not sell your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Where a minor uses the Platform, it is assumed that consent of a parent/legal guardian has been obtained, and such use is deemed to be under their guidance and supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without such consent. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action, including deletion of such information.
