Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on study4insurance.com (“Website”, “Platform”), owned and operated by iStudyhub Edutech & Co. (operating under the brand name Study4Insurance), a business entity based in Chandigarh, India (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing any course, product, or service on this Website, you (“User”, “Customer”, “you”) agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Nature of Products
All products, courses, study materials, mock tests, e-books, video lectures, and other content sold on Study4Insurance are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
2. No Refund Policy
Owing to the digital nature of our products:
- All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and access/content is delivered or made available to the User, no refund, cancellation, or exchange will be provided, regardless of the reason.
- This applies to, but is not limited to: courses, video lectures, PDF/e-book materials, mock test series, question banks, and any bundled or add-on digital content.
- No refund will be granted on grounds of change of mind, non-usage of purchased content, dissatisfaction with content quality, failure to clear an examination, or inability to complete the course within a desired timeframe.
This policy is in accordance with Indian consumer protection norms, which permit sellers of digital/non-returnable goods to adopt a “no refund” policy provided it is clearly disclosed to the consumer prior to purchase, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 framed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
3. Exceptions
A refund may be considered by the Company, at its sole discretion, only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: If a User is charged more than once for the same product due to a technical/payment gateway error.
- Non-delivery of access: If payment is successfully deducted but the User is not granted access to the purchased product/course due to a technical fault on our end, and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time after being reported.
In such cases, the User must raise a request within 7 days of the transaction date by writing to us at the contact details below, along with proof of payment (transaction ID/screenshot).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in cases including but not limited to:
- Incorrect course/plan purchased by the User due to their own oversight.
- User’s inability to access content due to device incompatibility, lack of internet, or failure to follow provided instructions.
- Content already accessed, downloaded, or viewed, in part or full.
- Delay in raising a complaint beyond the stipulated 7-day window.
5. Refund Process (For Approved Cases)
Where a refund is approved under Section 3:
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.
- The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any refund.
6. Course/Content Access Issues
If you face technical issues accessing your purchased course (login problems, video playback issues, missing content, etc.), please contact our support team immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues rather than process a refund, as access restoration is the primary remedy for technical difficulties.
7. Policy Acknowledgment
By proceeding with a purchase on Study4Insurance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy prior to making payment.
8. Grievance Redressal
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, any grievances regarding a transaction may be directed to our Grievance Officer at the contact details below. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
