These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of study4insurance.com (“Website”, “Platform”) and all courses, content, and services offered on it, owned and operated by iStudyhub Edutech & Co. (operating under the brand name Study4Insurance), based in Chandigarh, India (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing any course or product, you (“User”, “Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

1. About Us

Study4Insurance is an educational platform providing online courses, study material, mock tests, and current affairs content for candidates preparing for insurance sector examinations, including III (Licentiate, Associateship, Fellowship), GIPSA promotion exams, LIC AAO, Para 13.2, surveyor certifications, and related exams.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent/guardian if a minor, to use our services and make payments on this Website.

3. Account Registration

  • You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information while registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Course Access & Validity

  • Courses may be offered as one-time purchases or subscription/recurring plans, as specified on the individual course/product page at the time of purchase.
  • Access validity varies by course and will be clearly mentioned on the respective course page (e.g., fixed duration, exam-cycle bound, or lifetime, as applicable). The validity period stated at the time of purchase shall prevail.
  • For subscription-based plans, access will automatically renew at the applicable interval unless cancelled by the User prior to the renewal date, where such cancellation option is made available on the Platform.
  • Upon expiry of the access period, the Company reserves the right to revoke access to course content without further notice.

5. Single Device / Single User Access

  • Each course login is licensed for use by one User on one device/account at a time.
  • Sharing of login credentials, simultaneous multi-device access, or allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if unauthorized or simultaneous multi-device usage is detected.

6. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

All content on the Platform — including video lectures, PDF notes, mock tests, question banks, current affairs material, graphics, and other study material — is the exclusive intellectual property of iStudyhub Edutech & Co. / Study4Insurance and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You expressly agree that you shall NOT:

  • Download, record, screen-record, screenshot, copy, or reproduce any part of the course content, except where an official download feature (e.g., authorized PDF download) is explicitly provided by the Platform.
  • Share, distribute, resell, upload, or forward any course material, notes, videos, or test content to any third party, website, Telegram group, WhatsApp group, or any other platform, whether free or paid.
  • Use screen-recording software, mirroring tools, or any other technology to capture or redistribute video lectures or live sessions.
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Violation of this clause will result in immediate, permanent termination of access without any refund, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws, along with recovery of legal costs.

7. Payments

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store your card/bank details.
  • Prices for courses are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • The Company reserves the right to change course pricing at any time without prior notice; such changes will not affect already-completed purchases.

8. Refund Policy

All products sold on this Platform are digital in nature. Purchases are governed by our separate [Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms. As a general rule, no refunds are provided once a digital product/course is purchased and access is granted, except in the limited circumstances described in the Refund Policy.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Post, upload, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, servers, or connected databases.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Platform.

10. Accuracy of Content

While we take reasonable care to ensure course material, mock tests, and current affairs content are accurate and updated, the Company does not guarantee that all content is free of errors or omissions. Content is provided for educational/preparatory purposes only and does not guarantee any exam result, promotion, or selection outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content, including but not limited to exam performance, career outcomes, or loss of data.

Our courses may be delivered via third-party platforms (such as ClassPlus) or communicated through third-party channels (such as Telegram or YouTube). We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or content of such third-party platforms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to any course, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to piracy, account sharing, or fraudulent payment activity.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India.

15. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, grievances may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at the contact details below. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
